See ya later black death!

Well every one I am here to tell you I have not had s sip of coke cola in almost five days!! I know that sounds like nothing but I am use to taking in 32 oz or more of this lovely stuff. But on conference weekend I started thinking and Weather it be to much of anything it can turn into an addiction and let me say i was ADDICTED bad! I stopped on Saturday and by Sunday i was almost welling to break the Sabbath to get one I have never been so sick in my life i have had a migraine for four days!! I am Glad to say I am holding strong and i will not be needed that black death to keep me going.
